The Indian Rope Skipping Federation (IRSF) proudly announces that Dr. Shikha Gupta has joined as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Indian Rope Skipping Federation, effective 10 June 2025.
This important development marks a significant step toward strengthening the federation’s administrative leadership and operational excellence as it continues to promote rope skipping as a competitive and widely recognized sport across India.
Dr. Shikha Gupta brings with her extensive experience in leadership, management, and organizational development. Her expertise and commitment to excellence are expected to play a key role in streamlining operations and advancing the federation’s strategic initiatives.

As CEO, Dr. Gupta will oversee the federation’s day-to-day operations, coordinate national programs, strengthen partnerships, and support the development of structured systems for training, competitions, and athlete development.
