The Indian Rope Skipping Federation (IRSF) proudly welcomes Shri John F. Kharshiing, Working President, Meghalaya State Olympic Association; Secretary General, North East Sports Association, as he graces the federation as Patron.

This association marks an important step in strengthening the federation’s national presence and leadership as it continues to promote rope skipping as a structured and widely recognized sport across India.

Shri John F. Kharshiing is a respected sports administrator with extensive experience in promoting and managing sports across the North Eastern region. Through his leadership roles, he has been actively involved in fostering sports development, athlete support, and grassroots initiatives.
