The Indian Rope Skipping Federation (IRSF) proudly welcomes Shri Sanjay Saraswat, Former Deputy Director General (DDG), Sports Authority of India; Advisor, Sports University of Haryana; and Member, NCERT, as he joins the federation as Advisor.
This development marks an important step toward strengthening the strategic and institutional framework of the federation as it continues to promote rope skipping as a structured and recognized sport across India.
Shri Sanjay Saraswat brings with him extensive experience in sports administration, education, and policy development. During his tenure with the Sports Authority of India, he played a key role in shaping national-level sports programs and athlete development systems. His continued association with leading educational and sports institutions reflects his commitment to holistic youth development and excellence in sports.

As Advisor, Shri Saraswat will contribute to policy guidance, development of structured training frameworks, and alignment of the federation’s initiatives with national sports and education standards.
Rope skipping is steadily emerging as an inclusive and high-impact sport that promotes fitness, agility, and endurance. The IRSF continues to advance its mission through national championships, training initiatives, and grassroots programs aimed at building a strong ecosystem for athletes.
