New Player Registration / नया खिलाड़ी पंजीकरण

The registration fee is fixed at ₹150. After submitting this form, you will be taken securely to Razorpay to complete payment. Once the payment is captured, IRSF automatically issues the permanent Player ID and Digital ID Card email.

पंजीकरण शुल्क ₹150 निर्धारित है। फॉर्म जमा करने के बाद आप सुरक्षित Razorpay भुगतान पेज पर जाएंगे। भुगतान सफल होने पर IRSF स्थायी प्लेयर आईडी और डिजिटल आईडी कार्ड ईमेल अपने-आप जारी करेगा।

This registration is subject to renewal every year.

यह पंजीकरण प्रत्येक वर्ष नवीनीकरण के अधीन है।

IMPORTANT — CHECK EVERY DETAIL CAREFULLY BEFORE PAYMENT.

IRSF cannot change the player’s name or spelling, date of birth, photograph, Aadhaar number or any other submitted registration information. These details and the photograph are used to identify the player at tournaments.

If a correction is required after submission, you must write to the Federation. IRSF will remove the existing Player ID Card and profile from public access, and the player must submit the registration again and pay the registration fee again. The permanent UID will remain the same, but the Aadhaar number linked to that UID cannot be changed.

This is an automated process. You will be shown a complete review of the entered information and photograph before anything is submitted or payment begins.

DOB SELF-DECLARATION AND TOURNAMENT VERIFICATION

The DOB entered during registration is self-declared and will remain marked “Self-Declared” until it is manually verified by an authorised IRSF official at a tournament. The player must present an authentic original proof of birth, such as a Birth Certificate or Passport. The official will record the document used, and the Player ID Card will then show “DOB Verified”.

जन्म तिथि स्व-घोषणा एवं टूर्नामेंट सत्यापन: पंजीकरण के समय दर्ज जन्म तिथि स्व-घोषित मानी जाएगी और किसी टूर्नामेंट में अधिकृत IRSF अधिकारी द्वारा मैन्युअल सत्यापन होने तक “स्व-घोषित” दिखाई देगी। खिलाड़ी को जन्म प्रमाण पत्र या पासपोर्ट जैसे प्रमाणिक मूल जन्म दस्तावेज़ प्रस्तुत करने होंगे। अधिकारी सत्यापन में उपयोग किए गए दस्तावेज़ को दर्ज करेगा, जिसके बाद प्लेयर आईडी कार्ड पर “जन्म तिथि सत्यापित” दिखाई देगा।

The complete head, hair, face, shoulders and upper chest must be visible. Leave some space above the head.

Face the camera directly. Use clear, even lighting, sharp focus, a natural appearance and a plain, light-coloured background.

Do not upload selfies, face-only close-ups, group or full-body photographs, screenshots, filtered images, or photographs where the head or face is cropped or obscured by a mask, cap or dark glasses.
सेल्फी, केवल चेहरे का बहुत पास से लिया फोटो, समूह या पूरे शरीर की फोटो, स्क्रीनशॉट, फ़िल्टर लगी फोटो, या मास्क, टोपी अथवा गहरे चश्मे से ढका या कटा हुआ सिर/चेहरा वाली फोटो अपलोड न करें।

Important Disclaimer / महत्वपूर्ण अस्वीकरण

Players and parents/guardians must remain in contact with their respective coach, academy or State Association for information and coordination concerning workshops, events, tournaments, schedules, selection procedures and related matters. IRSF registration and the Player ID Card confirm registration and identity only; they do not by themselves grant any authority, representation, selection, participation or other right unless expressly confirmed by IRSF in an official written communication, including email. Eligibility, selection, acceptance or rejection for any workshop, event or tournament will be governed by the applicable rules, eligibility conditions, guidelines and decisions of the concerned association and/or IRSF. Routine event coordination will not be handled directly by IRSF; however, IRSF may send official notices, handle registration matters and receive complaints through its prescribed channels.

खिलाड़ी तथा माता-पिता/अभिभावक वर्कशॉप, कार्यक्रम, टूर्नामेंट, समय-सारणी, चयन प्रक्रिया एवं संबंधित जानकारी और समन्वय के लिए अपने संबंधित कोच, अकादमी या राज्य संघ के संपर्क में रहें। IRSF पंजीकरण एवं प्लेयर आईडी कार्ड केवल पंजीकरण और पहचान की पुष्टि करते हैं; ये अपने-आप किसी प्रकार का अधिकार, प्रतिनिधित्व, चयन, भागीदारी या अन्य हक प्रदान नहीं करते, जब तक IRSF द्वारा आधिकारिक लिखित सूचना, जिसमें ईमेल भी शामिल है, में स्पष्ट रूप से पुष्टि न की गई हो। किसी भी वर्कशॉप, कार्यक्रम या टूर्नामेंट के लिए पात्रता, चयन, स्वीकृति या अस्वीकृति संबंधित संघ और/या IRSF के लागू नियमों, पात्रता शर्तों, दिशानिर्देशों एवं निर्णयों के अनुसार होगी। नियमित कार्यक्रम समन्वय IRSF द्वारा सीधे नहीं किया जाएगा; तथापि IRSF आधिकारिक सूचनाएँ भेज सकता है, पंजीकरण संबंधी मामलों का निपटारा कर सकता है और निर्धारित माध्यमों से शिकायतें प्राप्त कर सकता है।

False or misleading information: Providing false, misleading, fabricated or materially incorrect information may, after review under applicable rules, result in rejection, suspension, disqualification or a ban. Any medal, merit position, certificate, recognition or related record obtained on the basis of such information may be withdrawn, cancelled, corrected or removed from IRSF and/or association records.

झूठी या भ्रामक जानकारी: झूठी, भ्रामक, बनावटी या महत्वपूर्ण रूप से गलत जानकारी देने पर लागू नियमों के अनुसार समीक्षा के बाद आवेदन निरस्त किया जा सकता है तथा निलंबन, अयोग्यता या प्रतिबंध लगाया जा सकता है। ऐसी जानकारी के आधार पर प्राप्त कोई भी पदक, मेरिट स्थान, प्रमाणपत्र, मान्यता या संबंधित रिकॉर्ड वापस लिया, रद्द, संशोधित या IRSF और/या संघ के रिकॉर्ड से हटाया जा सकता है।
