This rule book has been meticulously drafted by the Indian Rope Skipping Federation’s Technical Team to ensure fair play, standardized judging, and the continued growth of the sport. We have made every effort to explain the complex rules of our sport in a simple and easy-to-understand manner for everyone involved, from beginners to seasoned athletes.

- Clarifications: In the event that any rule is not covered, is unclear, or appears to be missing from this document, the final decision and interpretation will rest with the official Technical Committee of the Indian Rope Skipping Federation.
- Typographical Errors: Should you identify a potential typographical error, please bring it to the attention of the designated Head Judge at the event for clarification.

Eligibility Criteria for Participation in the Indian Rope Skipping Federation (IRSF) National Championship
Participation in the respective State Level Rope Skipping Championship conducted or authorized by the affiliated IRSF Member State Association shall ordinarily be mandatory for eligibility to participate in the Indian Rope Skipping Federation (IRSF) National Championship.
However, in exceptional circumstances where the State Level Championship could not be conducted or is delayed due to valid administrative, technical, scheduling, or other reasons as recognized by the Federation, the following may be considered as alternate eligibility criteria, subject to scrutiny and approval by IRSF:
- Participation in any previous IRSF National Championship; or
- Participation in the previous or current year CBSE Rope Skipping National Championship; or
- Participation in the previous or current year SGFI State Rope Skipping Championship conducted or recognized by the respective State Government/School Games authorities; or
- Participation in the previous or current year State Rope Skipping Championship conducted by an IRSF-affiliated Member State Association.
The decision of the Indian Rope Skipping Federation (IRSF) regarding eligibility, recognition of participation, verification of documents, and acceptance of entries shall be final and binding.
